It was quick and easy but I received an email the next day for an oil change for $20 less than what I paid. That didn’t make me too happy.
Sloppy job! Greasy interior and floor mats plus test drive appeared to be a joy ride.
Service is usually good. Don't like the people driving my car a few feet changing the radio, seats, air conditioner, etc. Never buy another car at Courtesy.
We had numerous issues with the car and the communication from Pedro and Luis were lacking.
Was harassed by a salesperson whose number is 972-792-5613 called me cheap for not wanting to buy a $40K car, then called me multiple times and hung up on me.
Bought a new Frontier ProX crew cab with convenience package and traded in a car. Going on three weeks and car still hasn't been paid off at my bank. Truck came with the utili trak system which should have included two tie down cleats. They were not in the vehicle. I was very puzzled and surprised to hear that my wheel lock and (2) lugs were missing on the passenger's side. I find it puzzling because my vehicle was there earlier and this was not an issue. Furthermore, I only have my vehicle serviced at this dealership.
Thank god that my PM this time wasn’t leaking or have my oil pan bolt stripped off as they usually have when people coming here
