I know of no better customer service team. Alex's calm demeanor and knowledge was very comforting. I once had a bad experience with a cpap unit I purchased from CPAP.COM and as soon as I called and spoke to one of the customer support team members I was totally relieved and was given a full refund no questions asked. You will not find a better or more well trained than those at CPAP>COM.

There was some confusion with my prescription between Drs office and Cpap.com.Agnes from Cpap got everything straightened out to my very satisfied happiness. Very excellent service. Mahalo ****** at Cpap. In Jesus name we pray amen. Aloha.
