I had the pleasure of speaking with Erica from cpap.com and placed an order yesterday for a new CPAP machine and CPAP mask. She was very personable and professional, and answered all my questions and made my ordering process very easy. It is because of speaking with Erica that I will not hesitate to place future orders as needed for my CPAP equipment. NeNe provided tech support until I could use my IPhone to submit the Rx needed for my order. I had to try a few times to submit my Rx, and she hung in there w me until I was successful. I think I’m really going to like having a mini cpap for travel! Thank you.

Customer service is outstanding. Camyatta helped me today with an issue that she quickly explained and answered all my questions. Super knowledgeable and helpful. After our phone call I ordered a new mask that I am looking forward to trying.

I'm a long term customer of cpap.com (in Texas) who lives in Canada. I've found over the years, that they have the best selection of items, very good prices (despite the dollar difference) and excellent service. (They cannot sell products of one of their suppliers due to the supplier restricting international sales.) They have an extensive list of reviews on their site which is very helpful for customers. Elane, the customer service person was very patient and understanding. In fact, she was the best customer service rep that I have ever spoken with. Except for the extended wait time to speak with someone, my experience was excellent. Chat did not work...that is why 4 stars

Although I was on hold for some time, once connected to a representative the service was extremely polite, courteous, helpful, and efficient. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. I will continue to do business with CPAP. com into the years ahead.

These folks are great. I have been using them for all of my CPAP supplies for a while and I will not use anyone else. Their prices are competitive with the other web based supplies and much cheaper than any local storefront. On top of that, their customer service is superb.
