I ordered the wrong mask cushion but it was too late to change the order. Erica on the chat line was able to ship me the correct cushion with no shipping as a courtesy. I have always had good experiences with CPAP.com and this was no different. Keep up the great service.

cpap.com is competent, timely and efficient. I made a rather complex order which involved several items, and significant coordination. The staff at CPAP.com was particularly helpful, always seemed to have my information at their fingertips and could tell me the exact status of my various purchases. I used their "chat" function, as well as customer service by phone and couldn't be more pleased. The company and it’s CSR’s have been a pleasure to work with! We had a few shipping issues, not the fault of CPAP.com, but they handled them promptly and professionally. Their mask return policy makes it easy to make sure you have the correct mask for your therapy, the representative was very easy to deal with and went out of her way to make the transaction smooth! Highly recommend this company!
