They lie! Never received machine they said would be delivered

However, we process orders in the order in which we receive them and there were already other orders processed for the machine that we showed available at the time. After a few calls to get a copy of the prescription sent by my pulmonologist to Cpap.com for my purchase of one ****** Cpap unit so I could send to my insurance company for reimbursement - today I called talked with Lacy. First, we talked about different options on my unit. Lacy helped me understand my unit better. Then we talked about me getting a copy of the prescription and the troubles I had in the past and not getting it. Shelly helped me understand why my order hadn’t arrived. Unfortunately I did not receive a notice from the CPap store telling me why it wasn’t coming. It just didn’t arrive. So the 5 star review is for Shelly.

Terrible customer service! Does not give information and does not forward yo supervisors, if there are any. Gu Is nasty to elderly patients. Doesn’t return calls! Will not give information about cpap machine that was returned defective. Never addressed the problem that local medical supply technician and doctors office technician found to be defective. My CPAP machine quit working last night. I call CPAP.com and get told that I have to send at my expense the machine to them for evaluation. This process was stated to take 4 - 6 weeks. I am supposed to spend 4 - 6 weeks without a machine that I have medical requirement to use. The lack of support or even understanding was appalling. I am stuck the only resolution that I have in this situation is to buy another machine. I spoke with Erica and I give her 5 stars for putting up with Cpap.com, which I give 1 star for their horrendous misleading of consumers. A 15% charge on returns is ridiculous. Once you place an order you're stuck and there's no way back. Erica deserves a 5 star rating on BBB, but cpap.com gets a 1 star. Sadly cpap.com offers the cheapest options, despite how crappy the website is. I had to ask Erica like 200 hundred questions to understand the terms of my purchase that cpap.com failed to provide. Placed an order on Thursday for a new CPAP machine and the humidifier for the machine (which was sold separately). I received an email Friday that the item was out of stock. I called the 1-800 number but due to the big recall on one of the popular CPAP machines (which unfortunately is the one I own) the phones lines were busy. So I texted them and chatted with Erica. These people are wonderful I accidentally ordered the wrong machine one call, short hold time and friendly service cancelled my order and made a new one with the correct machine

You would be better off going elsewhere. What a pathetic process they have. Ordered a cpap machine 2 weeks ago. The cpap machine was available, but a little filter was not. So instead of holding on to the cpap machine I was in the queue for it gets sold to someone else. I get pushed to the bottom of the queue. I was pushed to the bottom of the queue several times. The filter is now available, but now the machine is not, so yet again I get pushed to the bottom of the queue. And by the way - the web site shows equipment is ava... read more
