Paid CPAP.com 35.00 for overnight delivery. When items did not arrive overnight, CPAP.com refused to refund expedited shipping charge. I asked for an RMA to return merchandise and they stopped responding to repeated emails.

i was about to pace an order then decided not to and close out i then got repeated calls to finish my order, if i wanted to finsih the order i would have and why are you tracking everything i do on the site. then i was asked to be a tester on their new website and get 30% off so i tested it and found several errors and could not place an order. i emailed them and got back a message : I regret that we were unable to help you with your CPAP needs. Great interface on the website, responsive chat function, and products I trust. I've been a customer for more than 5 years and will NEVER go back to the respiratory care companies that are usually paired with doctors.

Ordered a bundled deal consisting of a complete mask system and two replacement cushions plus two additional free items. Received the free items but not the mask bundle. Upon calling CPAP.com i was informed the bundle was no longer available. They did ship a full mask without the spare cushions the following day. I returned to the website the following day and saw they were still offering the bundle offer but for $20 more. Watch out for their return policy! Read the fine print. They are not flexible even if you have not opened the package.

Ordered the wrong item, they took it back and refunded the cost since the was the first time I sent something back to them, I made the mistake myself but they were gracious and allowed me to returned the unused item.

Called 3B about the noise the RESmart Auto-Cpap makes. I spoke with the technician and he said it sounds like it needs to be replaced and that I should call cpap.com where it was purchased. Serial number ***********. I called cpap.com and spoke to someone and he sent directions to send the machine back for warranty evaluation which could take approximately 6 weeks or more and if cpap.com could not do the warranty evaluation, they would send it back to the manufacturer for warranty evaluation that could take longer. Ordered a Freedom CPAP battery from them ($278) after reading the battery would last 6-8 hours. During purchase, I asked if I had any trouble with the battery should I return it to CPAP.Com or the manufacturer and was told CPAP would handle any problems and that they had an easy return policy. Tested the battery twice and it lasted less than 2 hours. Tried to return the item and was told by CPAP.Com Customer Service that since the item was opened the return policy was void. I have never worked with a company that was as fast and honorable as CPAP.COM. I really do not understand why they are not accredited with the BBB.
