I ordered a spare cpap today for traveling, since I was paying out of pocket I had to use a few different credit cards, David R was awesome, he waiting on the phone while I submitted my order, then processed 4 different cards for me due to the expense. He made this an easy transaction for me and I really appreciated it.

I've purchased supplies from CPAP.com for several years and have had positive experiences. I just finished chatting with Crystal (one of the reps) about a problem I'm having with my equipment. She spent a lot of time explaining all of the options to solve the issue including pointers to products needed to make the repairs.

I had all my questions answered about the product I was considering buying. The representative was friendly and she spoke clear English, something that these days is hard to find. I am surprised to hear there are some negative ratings! I have worked with this company for about 12 years and always had a positive experience. One time I made a mistake in ordering, and even though I didn't have the insurance because it was the first time they let me send it back for a refund. Today I reordered what I had done earlier this year with Danielle on the phone and my experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Cpap.com.
CPAP live chat support was very helpful with a CPAP mask issue. Crystal had some very helpful ideas. For those of us having to use CPAP, the adjustment to wearing the mask is very frustrating and difficult. Any GOOD advice is a blessing. Crystal had some good direction.

I recently went to CPAP.com's public office in Stafford, Texas. I was served by a very effective employee named Crystal. I purchased two machines, two masks, and a battery pack, and I am very pleased with them. I return to the office a week later to get help with a machine that I had purchased from CPAP.com several years ago. Again Crystal was very courteous and very helpful. She deserves special commendation. Count me as a very satisfied customer.
I have been a customer of CPAP.com for many years. I have bought many masks from them and have always had very quick delivery. Today I placed another order for a new mask and at the checkout time I forgot to put in the promotion code for a 20% discount before I placed the order.
