I paid out of pocket for a Z2 travel cpap. First I called cpap.com and talked to a representative about my choices. I told her my main asks were for a quiet machine with humidification. She recommended the Z2 as the quietest and said it had a humidification system that did not need water. I asked if I could use my current P10 mask and she said yes. My CPAP was on for approximately one hour before turning off. I woke up in the middle of the night choked out with no air because you sent a defective device. How can it only work for one hour. I am up at 2:30 in the morning when I have things to do tomorrow because now I can’t sleep. I spent good money to have a proper product delivered and now I can’t breathe. You have to be kidding me. I’m livid!!!!!

I do not feel that Kristan did everything she could to resolve my complaint. The battery pack info does not clearly state a DC converter is needed but not included. It is in the next-to-the-last sentence, in the LAST of FIVE paragraphs. They are charging a fee for open box on the return, when I had no idea the CPAP would not connect without opening the box. The DC converter costs $84.95.

Bought a brand-new Dreamstation APAP machine, paid in full, also an extra supply kit. Spent several hundred dollars. Talked at length on the phone with a representative. Within only a few weeks, the device was recalled. I can't use it at all anymore. I can't use any of the supplies that came with it. CPAP.com won't take any of it back, even though the unit's defective. Not even the supplies because "it's outside the window." I had such a good first experience with them initially with my first order three months ago. So I decided to order from them again. It’s been over two weeks not a word on my order. They haven’t contacted my doctor for my script. I have tried calling four times and never got through to a live person. I waited over a half hour on at least one occasion. The chat option is not working currently and it says to text them- no response to a text either. I also tried emailing them- again no response. And I did check my spam box just ... read more

Bad customer service. I called multiple times and no answer. Emailed customer service twice no answer. I finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I am a long time customer of CPAP.com. I recently ordered a 3B Medical lumin Bullet which will not work with my hose (Climate Line Air by Resmed) and such non-compliance was not made clear before ordering. I have tried to contact this company by email, text and phone, to try to resolve htis matter, all without success. NOT HAPPY!
