Lost my CPAP unit in an airport terminal. After getting the runaround from local facilities called CPAP.com. Within 30 minutes my order was placed and a script request was on the way to my physician. Staff on phone and on chat section of web site very friendly and helpful.

I spoke with Agnes on the phone, who took a lot of time to help me get set up and situated with a new machine when mine suddenly failed. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the equipment and accessories/masks that fit with it. Rock star for sure I had a second question and went in a text chat with Daryl who was equally awesome - helped me with my questions and got me squared away with my requests in a very timely manner.
