I have placed orders in the past with CPAP.COM, and each and every time the Customer Service has been extremely professional and efficient. I have been dealing with cpap.com for many years and their service has always been efficient and quick. With my last order there was a hiccup in shipping and my package was lost. When I tried to call the shipping company I could not get past an automated voice message. I called Cpap and within an hour of contacting them, they emailed me back with tracking numbers and advise on how to proceed.
