I'm not one to write reviews, but the customer service I received today was stellar. She was very kind, friendly, and helpful. I placed an order for a travel cpap machine and some accessories. One item on my order was backordered so, without even asking, my rep put in a discount code that gave me a substantial discount to my order. I'm so glad I found CPAP.COM. I was a former customer of cpapsupply.com and they were absolutely horrible. Grade A++ service and support.

I spoke with Brandi. I was looking for a DC adapter for my son's ResMed Air Sense 10 CPAP machine. He is disabled but wanted to be able to take him on day trips and be able to use CPAP in my car so he could take a nap, etc. as needed. Brandi was "wonderful" -- knowledgeable, friendly, and took her time listening to me. We had a nice Chat about things other than CPAP! Great lady and a great experience.
