I was very courteously assisted by Agnes today. She was so wonderful in helping me understand my new AirSense 11. I had not been able to transition well from the recalled Dreamstation that I previously used for five years. I was ready to give up and go back to using my recalled Dreamstation. I recently bought a ResMed Air Mini but did not realize I needed a hose adapter to make it work on my full face mask. I called the CPAP help line and talked to Camyatta. She knew exactly what I was looking for and showed me how to find it online so I could see a schematic and fully understand how it worked. She then helped me through the purchase process saving me time and effort. She was very helpful and efficient. I was very pleased with the whole process.
