my delivery of a cpap machine was being delayed because an accompanying item was not avaiable. it took me 3 calls to straighten this out. it was Camyatta B who expeditiously resolved the problem. i was impressed not only with her efficiency but her caring client-responsive attitude. she delivered a great customer experience.
