Crystal was very helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. It was just easier to pay hundreds more and get the CPAP machine than the multi year billing, equipment required every three months, needed or not. Local medical suppliers did not return phone calls or didn’t have a choice of machines. CPAP. com just got it done!

My first contact with CPAP.Com. It was amazingly easy and friendly. Korinne was my customer service provider. She asked questions about my needs and possible resolutions. Reviewed options available at CPAP , explained differences and finally listed different ordering choices and the cost of each. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and I’m satisfied that I got what I needed at a good price. Was sent to CPAP website by friend. He had described the company as having great service with many therapeutic options.
