I received wonderful attentive care from the specialist at CPAP.com today. She was thorough, helpful, patient, and suggested ways to save me money on my order. I was impressed at I do not receive this level of service very often anymore in our cyber focused world. I am sorry that I do not remember her name because I would like everyone to know how great she was!!!

It is not often that company representatives take the time required to explain in detail to a senior citizen about a product. I was calling to report a package which never arrived. It turned out that the problem was that the package was delivered to a previous address of mine (which may have been a mistake on my part). Kim was very helpful on the call and quickly sent out a replacement.
