Very pleased with my experience. I called twice today prior to buying a new cpap machine. Both representatives were very helpful in answering all of my questions. I spoke first with Zach and called back later and talked to Kayla with more questions before placing an order.

The gentleman explained exactly what I had gotten with my battery kit. I thought it had a power cord with it but it didn't. He was able to use a promo code and get me a new one at a discount. He went the extra mile to make sure I had exactly what I needed at a lower price.

excellent company. easy process, quick shipping. I have used them for several years now for c-pap supplies and have always been satisfied. There has been a couple times where there was an issue with an order and their customer service was outstanding.

Spoke with Erica this morning about getting my prescription from my Dr so I could order a new machine, I have made several phone calls to my Dr. over the last few weeks, Erica was able to get what I needed and had my order processed within 15 minutes. Great customer service!
