Zach was very helpful and able to describe how I could use the antibacterial filter with my CPAP machine. He knew every answer to my questions. Definitely great customer service at CPAP.com. They’re a great resource to have when my regular CPAP supplier “drops the ball” on getting my supplies to me on time!

CPAP.com Aced Customer Service for the June 2021 Respironics Recall! CPAP.com was the only sleep therapy business I found that could ship new sleep machines when these were needed because of the Respironics’ recall. Kyria C was invaluable in helping order a new machine. Carol C saved the day, by explaining the set up options, even walking me through them! Mary M

After receiving an email regarding my order, I called C-PAP.com to fix the error I made in ordering. I had ordered the wrong machine for my prescription. Carol was wonderful to work with. She helped me straighten out the order and get what I needed. The machine was shipped shortly thereafter.

I have order many different Cpap masks. When I do call to place an order the staff are always very helpful. Today Karla was the person who helped me and made sure I was ordering the mask that I was trying to find on their website.

My representative was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the products I told her I wanted to purchase. She was extremely pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions. So very nice to have a phone encounter with someone who, even though I couldn’t see her, I imagined she was smiling and having a great day!
