They initially helped us clear a lot of our credit card debt. The people were always polite and helpful. Towards the end (recently in '23-'24 it seems things were no longer getting things done with a couple of accounts. I had to keep checking with them and nothing was being handled anymore. Then my husband passed and we went into probate, so I cancelled the service. It wasn't easy to deal with the other company who owns them. It was too many headaches that I didn't need at such a difficult time.

They took over my debt instantly. Helpful in which you don't have to talk to creditors and they do. Got them to almost half of what I owed. But they make up with charging you a fee for every negotiation they make. The more you owe the more they charge. In which is why I gave 3 stars. Should be a flat rate per account.
