They took over my debt instantly. Helpful in which you don't have to talk to creditors and they do. Got them to almost half of what I owed. But they make up with charging you a fee for every negotiation they make. The more you owe the more they charge. In which is why I gave 3 stars. Should be a flat rate per account.

As with most things everyone must have different experiences. For me I was barely breathing check to check paying minimum on my credit cards. After receiving a number of letters from credit associates every so often and consideration each time to pull the trigger I finally did. I called, leerily ,I was instructed to basically abandon those credit cards, stop paying. Eerily I did.
