Credit associates helped us resolve our debt issues with a low weekly payment that was attainable. They kept in contact with us as settlements were offered and there were always substantial reductions of those debts. It takes about a year to get everything settled and on track but then your credit score starts to rebound and you have your life back without the huge debts on your shoulders. Highly recommend.

I am very surprised and happy of how quick the process has been for my accounts being settled. I was told it could take up to 6 to 8 months before I can see any possible agreements and accounts being settled. It has been 4 months and 2 of my accounts, have been settled. I am very Thankful and greatful for the quick process and results that I am seeing.

I've been really happy with my experience with credit associates! They've been very kind, flexible, and helpful. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! I'm more than half way through my program, and I'm only 8 months in.

They initially helped us clear a lot of our credit card debt. The people were always polite and helpful. Towards the end (recently in '23-'24 it seems things were no longer getting things done with a couple of accounts. I had to keep checking with them and nothing was being handled anymore. Then my husband passed and we went into probate, so I cancelled the service. It wasn't easy to deal with the other company who owns them. It was too many headaches that I didn't need at such a difficult time.
