I donot know or understand why all these clients here have so much of a negative about Credit Associate. With me to be honest, i have enrolled in a program with them on January 2021 and now in August 2023. I have already down to 3 accounts left. I paid i mean they negoatiate and paid off my other 3 accounts already. Lendng club, barclays, chase. What else i would Expect from them to keep me on Track and working towards the other 3 Remaining. I was never given a name of the man I spoke to. He made everything sound so great on the phone. Once I told him I'd call back if I decided to move forward he went into defense mode. He immediately started pressuring me to make this decision to use his company. I get it it's his job. However if you're going to push and push and not listen to what I'm saying to me it sends a ton of red flags. Just my opinion. I will continue to look into this company before making a final decision.

Great company! I was extremely skeptical at first, but they have proved to be a fantastic company! I waited until after settling several accounts to leave my review so it would be based on performance. They took care of contact with my creditors, the legal aspects of it as well as communication so I never needed to answer a collection call. Anything I received in the mail was uploaded to my account so they could jump right on it. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service. Although I was not able to use CreditAssociates services, still, I like to recommend them. After joining CreditAsociates, I realized that due to my financial situation that what they offer would not be suitable for what I need at this time. When I called CrediAssociate customer support, they were so helpful. What I appreciated, even more, was the honesty and the useful advice that I received from them. This company is a data broker scam. Do not take this offer, you will give them personal info end up paying more. I keep receiving these letters and it's embarrassing because it suggests I have burdening credit debt that I want forgiven, and I don't. To stop receiving the letters I decided to opt-out by phone. At the very least, some random company now has my phone number, name and address, which they can now sell to other companies or use to steal more data. This whole enterprise should be illegal.

They say they will save you ~50% in settling your accounts, but this doesn't take into account the 25% fee they take only saving you ~25% in the end. You can get a better deal just negotiating with creditors directly. They also incorrectly removed one of my accounts (without my knowledge) which I'm now being sued for. This is after they already took a $2000 "success" fee, which they refuse to refund **** wish I could go back in time and tell myself to never engage with these people.
