Great company! I was extremely skeptical at first, but they have proved to be a fantastic company! I waited until after settling several accounts to leave my review so it would be based on performance. They took care of contact with my creditors, the legal aspects of it as well as communication so I never needed to answer a collection call. Anything I received in the mail was uploaded to my account so they could jump right on it. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service. Although I was not able to use CreditAssociates services, still, I like to recommend them. After joining CreditAsociates, I realized that due to my financial situation that what they offer would not be suitable for what I need at this time. When I called CrediAssociate customer support, they were so helpful. What I appreciated, even more, was the honesty and the useful advice that I received from them. Credit Associates keeps sending me mails, i have called and sent several mail-opt-out-org. but every month i still get a mail in the box. if you have done your research .Information should have reached you that my credit card was paid off last year. if you dont agree to **************** from your system i dont have any other choice but report your company to ************************.

mailers come every month listing creditors I don't have with balance over ****** more than my actual debt. they need to stop sending to people who don't ask for it.

I just left a review, but it is not posted, so here we go again.Credit associates did not tell me about the 25 percent that they charge which they take up front and they said that the amount wouldn't change or the duration of the ***********'s a shame that we have agencies such as BBB and still very little protection for the lay people of this nation: must be like the ***.

Won't stop mailing me loan offers. That's not the worst part. In order to get them to stop you have to go to a website on the letters they send, but in order to use the website, you need to pay. If you call the phone number on the letters, to opt out of future mailings, it says "give us the reference number after the tone" then NO tone plays. Ive been in a program with Credit Associates a debt relief program and one of the creditors has sued me as they have not contacted them in 14 months so this debt relief program literally got me sued Im in a contract with them to settle my debt I give them monthly money whats up with this Ive never been sued in my life and it is causing me stress issues When you call them that are abusive and put the blame on me I thought I was getting a contract with someone that would stttle my debt not crooks that get me sued
