Credit Associates is fine but it would be better if i did not have to also deal with ***************. One company should be able to do it.

Paid almost $1700 and only 1 out of 5 cc settled, which was less than that. I paid more so that it could be quicker to pay off by their policy. It still wasn't. After asking to cancel, I was not allowed back in my account. I called and wanted to have a copy of my account, but it was going to take 5 days for them to send me a copy, which didn't match my original account. I have been working with Credit Associates for a few years getting multiple accounts I had negotiated. I did not have any issues with them until this year. I had a VERY large vet bill that I had to pay and could not afford to make my payment until I got paid next and that was only a week after my bill was due. I spoke with someone on the phone, and they assured me they stopped the payment, and I would just reprocess it once I got paid. The payment went through as normal and it over drafted my account. My experience has been horrible. Worst customer service and misleading information given. I have been lied to and treated very poorly when trying to find out why my account is not paid off even though I have paid everything. It still is affecting my credit. I wished I would have known that they were dishonest and say anything to talk you into signing up.

This company destroyed my credit so bad where I cant even get any type of loan. They dont pay accounts on time and wait until they are so far passed due the company/creditor will settle it. Theres hidden fees associated with it also. If I known sooner I wouldnt have ever started this program. It takes twenty minutes to call and close out and settle the account. If youre ********************** score is in the gutter use them but what a nightmare.

Payment of services done, cancelled my program $800.payed no creditors paid, didn't do a thing, said I was owed $110. Been 9 days nothing,I wish I would of just worked with the credit card companies,I feel completely hoodwinked by them

I was cofused thinking this was a loan or something a help From Goverment since my work was not same after COVID . Please stay away From CreditAssocited because Your Credit Will become low 500 since they will not send payments until they send your paperwork to court. THEY WILL NOT EXPLAIN ABOUT THIS PROCESS THAT YOUR ACCT WILL BE SEND TO ATTORNEY. Hate that my representive she sounds like is a joke since she will saying now that I dont qualified for the benefit and I Can loses all my money thats was paid. Trust me Im confuse... read more

Communication with Credit Associates is minimal after the initial signing up process. Ive been with them since October 2024 and have never missed a payment. I began this journey because of the death of my husband and the astronomical bills incurred during his illness. I am disappointed in their response since signing up. I see little happening and Ive seen my hard earned credit score tank. Ive uploaded paperwork as required. *** received offers of compromise though unrealistic.
