Terrible company. Says I dont have to talk to any creditors but then take so much longer to close accounts than they said resulting in way more interest further resulting in them taking more money out every month than originally stated. Also giving false pre approvals of loans, I sign up and get denied after getting pre approval emails. They DO NOT send emails or anything letting you know when money is coming out every month, they just do it. Not a very good experience for me, I do not recommended this company at all.

This company started out working great for us. Everything was going as planned until they settled on a larger debt thus taking their 25% fee all at once leaving nothing left in our account to negotiate a new debt unless we add to our account. We worked with them for over a year then they said I would need another 15 months added to the program in order to pay my debts off. Now if their fees were paid out over the term as the settled debts, that would be great and stayed with them. Maybe someone else will have better luck wit... read more

Have only settled 2 accounts. Have been very ill and can no longer make these payments. I've called and emailed asking to cancel.

Ive being a customer for a total of 28 weeks. To start I gave then several accounts of which I took back most of them and decided to go straight to creditor and make arrangements myself. They only had 2 accounts to work on of which they only settle one in a period of 2 years. I have paid over $6000 to them and still have 14 mos. to go. Since the one account settle I have not seeing any movement towards settleting the one account that is left. Have a hard time to contact them by phone. They dont return phone call. You are a really bad company, I have not talk to anyone since the first month, all calls are 877# that my phone blocks customer service is not there, don't know what has been paid off

They don't resond to emails. I have been harassed by my credit cards and they are not responding to assist.

I am sorry but I cant leave a good review. I havent had a good experience as I am still getting phone calls daily asking me to pay them. I dont really understand how this works I guess. I am sorry but if I had it to do over I wouldnt have been so trusting. I would have looked into some other companies before I made my decision.
