I am sorry but I cant leave a good review. I havent had a good experience as I am still getting phone calls daily asking me to pay them. I dont really understand how this works I guess. I am sorry but if I had it to do over I wouldnt have been so trusting. I would have looked into some other companies before I made my decision.

Now, knowing more about how the process works, Im very disappointed that Credit Associates didnt start negotiating and paying off the higher number of lower value accounts before the two largest accounts to minimize negative impact on my credit score. Paying off a higher number with less balances would have been the correct decision.

** was great dealing with their team. My only negative feedback is that I saved for almost 3/4 of a year with the amount being withdrawn from my checking account and that ended up being a little over $6k. When they negotiated the settlement for 3 of my accounts instead of utilizing a portion of those funds to lower the balances owned they paid themselves their fee out of pretty much the entire $6k. I don't trust them and I don't agree with their policies and the lying to the costomers that are supposed to be helping.

It *****. Ive been paying them money and Im still getting bills and threatening letters from my creditors. I wish I never signed up for this service.

Went to close the account and refund my savings from GHL. It wasn't disclosed to me when closing and agreed to pay off one debt only need $41.00. It was said this would be done within 14 business days with a refund of my savings. I should have filed bankruptcy to start. Waste of time terrible company at communication. They do not full disclose everything.

Run as fast as you can! This company is partners with the attorneys office that files suit for Discover. They do not make you pay up front but their fees they charge on each case they settle is almost as bad as the interest on your credit cards. I feel 23 & 24% is a little much! They start you out with one amount as a monthly payment and it raises with each case they settle. In my opinion, this company is as close to being scammers as you can get. Not a scam. No more calls from creditors, plus if something comes up when can make s smaller payment.
