It *****. Ive been paying them money and Im still getting bills and threatening letters from my creditors. I wish I never signed up for this service.

Went to close the account and refund my savings from GHL. It wasn't disclosed to me when closing and agreed to pay off one debt only need $41.00. It was said this would be done within 14 business days with a refund of my savings. I should have filed bankruptcy to start. Waste of time terrible company at communication. They do not full disclose everything.

Run as fast as you can! This company is partners with the attorneys office that files suit for Discover. They do not make you pay up front but their fees they charge on each case they settle is almost as bad as the interest on your credit cards. I feel 23 & 24% is a little much! They start you out with one amount as a monthly payment and it raises with each case they settle. In my opinion, this company is as close to being scammers as you can get. Horrible! Had creditors calling nonstop, even calling my parents house, all hours of the night and morning! By the time they reduce the amount on your card and charge you there fees, you are basically paying the same amount on the card you enrolled in the program! We are also being sued now by one of the credit card companies because they have let the balance sit and accrue thousands of dollars in interest. As most of us commence our contracts and agreements with creditors whilst in dire circumstances, getting honest information from the onset is imperative. After 2 1/2 years into my contract and paying off my debts with Credit Associates, I found that their initial success department was not clearly defined and fees were not discussed upfront. After paying into my trust to pay off the debts, many questions are left unanswered. When you call their support team, youre often greeted with condescending and impatient team members.

They just take your money along with the fees and slowly pay off your debt with your money. Rather settle yourself, saves you more money in less time. Also by the time they settle your debt, your credit is shot and everything is in collection.
