NEVER take your vehicle here. I took my truck in for an oil change and tires rotated before a long trip back home. As I'm packing it up tonight I open my glove box only to have it damn near fall out. Upon further inspection I notice the two prongs on top are BROKEN. I assume they looked at the cabin air filter and rather than taking a few seconds to unclip the clips/hinges along the bottom they just pulled the compartment until it came out. I don't have time to have it fixed here and wouldn't dare to take it back to this sh!... read more

I scheduled a diagnosis of an engine code. I received a litany of repair options.. but the first one stopped me immediately in my tracks. I had replaced the MAF sensor.. with an after-market part.. that was supposed to be Nissan OEM equivalent. I got about 800 miles on the car, then my code reappeared. Here's the estimate to replace the MAF sensor.. that takes 10 minutes to replace. $994.29. I saw this and declined everything. I went to get the car... and walked to the parts department and got a price for the part. 3... read more

Last time buying a car here. Scammers in the finance department. I specifically asked for no warranty and said 72 month term. He said the warranty was "free" and it was 72 months. I rushed to sign since my son was waiting sick in the car, I review my papers at home and there were several warranties and 84 month term.

They refused to allow an inspection on the car by an independent mechanic shop before buying! Do not buy a car from this place unless they allow you to inspect it first using an independent mechanic. This is the first time any car seller had prevented me from doing an independent inspection on a car before buying. I can only assume they knew the car had huge problems and didn't want a potential buyer from finding out. Absolute lowest form of auto dealership, went in to trade my truck, negotiated a a trade and purchase of their vehicle and put $1,000 hold on it until my wife was back in town. Got a message from the "sales manger" that they couldn't honor their deal if we didn't use their financing almost a full point over what our credit union is offering. Do not buy from these people. Absolutely horrible way to conduct business.
