I had a great experience at Crest Nissan in FRISCO. The team at the location are fair and professional. Jeff in management is courteous and a pleasant to interact with in the process. JR and Trevor were great throughout the process as well. Carlos in Finance made the process efficient and he explained all the options exceptionally well.

Brayan was absolutely AMAZING. From the very first time I spoke to him to the very end! He sent me a video walkthrough of the vehicle I was interested, had it up front (filled tank and detailed) when we got there, was very knowledgeable about the car, and overall just a delight to work with. The used vehicle I purchased had more options than I wanted compared to others in the same manufacturer and model. However Trevor was able to get a comparable price that made the extra expense worth the purchase. The manager and finance team was also easy to work with.
