Absolute lowest form of auto dealership, went in to trade my truck, negotiated a a trade and purchase of their vehicle and put $1,000 hold on it until my wife was back in town. Got a message from the "sales manger" that they couldn't honor their deal if we didn't use their financing almost a full point over what our credit union is offering. Do not buy from these people. Absolutely horrible way to conduct business.

Found a vehicle on their website and decided to take a look at it. Went in to look at the vehicle in person and was introduced to a sales person. All seemed nice. However...this guy couldn't find the vehicle then just want to start talking numbers (said this twice). I said no need until we see the vehicle. He left us sitting there to find out where the vehicle was. I walked off and my husband waited to find out about this vehicle. They not only took 4,000 cash from my son in late May 23 2022 when he bought his first truck (Toyota Tacoma lifted) but they gave me the worse interest rate I ever had (I co-sign for him). In August he has to buy a battery $ 300 dls. In a 34,000 dls truck , then he took the truck for the first oil change Thursday October 6 they keep him 3 1/2 hours in the dealership to tell him They can't do and oil change because he wasn't at 7,000 miles yet ( he told them the book said 5,000) but we can do a tire rotation they to... read more

I have been debating to leave a review, but I believe everyone needs to be aware of the horrible service and products they offer. I bought my car back in March. Within 2 weeks I had to have a tire crack and be replaced. I brought it back to Crest Nissan thinking they should back their products and found out the hard way they do not. Had to buy a brand-new tire on my new car. here we are 7 months later, and I now have my 4th new tire replacement and come to find out they sold me the car with a bent rim that's causing the tire... read more

I have been debating to leave a review, but I believe everyone needs to be aware of the horrible service and products they offer. I bought my car back in March. Within 2 weeks I had to have a tire crack and be replaced. I brought it back to Crest Nissan thinking they should back their products and found out the hard way they do not. I had a terrible fucking experience today at Crest Nissan. While my car was getting repaired, I rented out a vehicle to use from a family friend because transportation is crucial for my job. This afternoon I called to find out if my car was ready to be picked up and I was told that indeed it was. So I returned the vehicle I was using then a friend gave me a ride to Crest Nissan expecting that I would just pay the deductible from my warranty then pick up my car and go.
