**Fraudulent Practices** Went in to purchase a vehicle on the 6th of July and got in with the finance guy who started in on the warranty with pricing, structure, ect. I adamantly stated I did not need nor want a warranty. He stated Mercedes are known to have transmission issues and I may want to reconsider, I again stated I was not concerned at all with the transmission of the car and he shouldn't say that - again I wasn't interested. Let me tell you about my experience with Crest Nissan. Definitely not away to make me a customer for life. I first saw a vehicle online Wednesday, Aug 3 approx 3pm for 16974. I completed an email request on the website to schedule a test drive. I got a reply from your internet sales guy. "Come on In" ask for Henry.. I get there and the car is filthy with trash in seats. Clearly not detailed. He's says that it just got there and hasn't been through the shop or detailed yet.. My first question is, why didn't he tell me that b... read more

I've called 3 times just to get an oil change quote. One time a lady ran around trying to find someone and couldn't. 2nd I was hung up on. And 3rd I sat listening to hold music for 4 mins. They don't seem to need/want business.

This is the worst dealership that I have ever in my life purchased a vehicle from. I purchased a Nissan Altima, had to take the car back within 1 week due to the car not being in running condition: windows were off tracks, antenna was broken, front light was not working, and to top it off the salesperson (Carson) filled out all of my vehicle purchase paperwork incorrectly. I was in another state for the holidays, and he wanted me to return back to the dealership and redo all of the paperwork which was not going to take plac... read more

I purchased my Titan brand new in April of 2020. I have had exceptionally difficult moments at even getting folks in the business office to accept a phone call. When they did accept a phone call there was zero resolution to my issue. The sales plan that was included in the purchase price of my vehicle was never fully explained to me, and when I reached out to discuss the possible resolution, it was denied. I drive 50 miles to come to this dealer passing multiple Nissan dealers along the way. I will never return to this deal... read more
