My sales person, Erica, was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking for, and she made it very pleasant to deal with. The paperwork was prepared with minimal effort on my part. It was explained to me thoroughly, and although it was not a quick process, which is understandable when you’re buying a car, but it was not an unpleasant process either.
