I purchased my Titan brand new in April of 2020. I have had exceptionally difficult moments at even getting folks in the business office to accept a phone call. When they did accept a phone call there was zero resolution to my issue. The sales plan that was included in the purchase price of my vehicle was never fully explained to me, and when I reached out to discuss the possible resolution, it was denied. If you want your brand new 2022 $45k truck ruined by dents and chips and scratches every time you hand them your car and then get publicly called a liar and a cheat by rude aggressive service staff when you show them the damage (second time in 2 months, first time they had to repaint my entire BRAND NEW door!) and then get bullied by the thug / used car salesmen like 'managers'. Mid-2021, I began receiving notifications in the mail about an early turn in of my lease due to a shortage of used vehicles. It wasn't until my 4th email to the dealership that I was contacted. This dealership pulled the classic bait & switch on me. The price they advertise the vehicle for online will not be the same price after your test drive. Salesman told me after the test drive that they add 10% more to the Sales Price, next they added $2500 for window tint & theft, both of which the other Nissan dealer I purchased a vehicle from provided for free. Found the exact same vehicle with same options at another Nissan Dealership without the 10% up charge & games with the sales manager. It may be convenient but it w... read more
