RecommendedCrossroads hospice are 100% responsible for the death of my mother. Madonna, a nurse that came on board to my mother's case 2 days prior was given direct instructions to me to NOT give my mother morphine (for shingles) because she was also on another drug called seroquel (the combo is a red label drug that SHOULD NOT be given together, look it up.)
