Thank you for your kind words, Lisa. It was an honor to care for your dad.
Where to begin.......My family couldn’t of made it through my fathers quick illness and death if it wasn’t for Crossroads. Their care and support of not only my father but all our family during the process of his final journey was remarkable. I can’t begin to tell all the good things about this company- I had them about 4 1/2 years ago for my husband and they made the transition from hospital to home , they made it so easy and took very good care of him and also made life a lot easier for me!
I place my mom with Crossroads hospice before she passed. the people that work there are very genuine and kind.

Suspecting it was the medication I took him off the Siferol (with the doctor’s knowledge) and started him on PD-5 natural herbal formula we ... read more
Please don’t let your loved one have crossroads take care of them. We live in the Akron, Ohio area and the Nurses and aides do not care and do not do their jobs. Always on their ipad or phone and not paying attention to my mother. I called to speak to the director of the company and they just pit me in their voicemail this was October 1st. I have called MULTIPLE times and been transferred over to the same voicemail with no call back. This company is negligent and does not care about their patients or the family members. Only... read more
