RecommendedOut of the Green Ohio location: This is such an amazing company, they truly cared so much for my grandma, and our family. Kyra is one of the best humans I have ever meet in my life, she worked a 12 hour shift, at the end of her shift is when my grandma started the dying process and she stay with us the whole time. RecommendedCrossroads Hospice is amazing and I don't know what we would do without them. My loved one is non-mobile, cannot speak for herself, and most times, non-responsive. She has been this way for a long time and it has been so difficult worrying about her being in a nursing home and wondering what care she is getting when I am not there. RecommendedDon’t know what we would have done without any of our nurses. They were such a blessing. In the times when we needed someone the most, they were there. Every single one of them love what they do! A special thank you to Tina, a nurse in the call center. When my grandfather took his last breath she sat on the phone with me through every last tear. Tina, I can’t thank you enough! Although you were not present, your love and concern on the phone meant so much to me. ♥️
