RecommendedCrossroads hospice are 100% responsible for the death of my mother. Madonna, a nurse that came on board to my mother's case 2 days prior was given direct instructions to me to NOT give my mother morphine (for shingles) because she was also on another drug called seroquel (the combo is a red label drug that SHOULD NOT be given together, look it up.) I brought this to Madonnas attention at which time she told me she wasn't aware of that she was taking the seroquel, she said she would inform the Dr and call me back. Noone ever ... read more

Worst possible care. The person who arrived for admission to the services was highly unprofessional and clearly we were a bother. From then on, we received no support or assistance. The RN came for one visit and it was not helpful. No aides or anyone else. Their bereavement services are preprinted letters addressed to “Dear Friend” and refers to the loss of your “loved one.” Nothing personal or helpful.
