Mmmm. SO GOOD. For once, those commercials with the people dramatically freaking out over how good the chicken is, are not false advertising! I stopped in for lunch and ordered the meal with two chicken sliders, thinking they were actual (small) sliders but to my surprise, they were normal sized sandwiches! I don't know how Dave did it, but he managed to make the chicken AND fries taste very unique/different from other fried chicken joints. It was a fantastic experience I was not expecting. I don't know what kind of magic Dave's working in that kitchen, but this place absolutely slaps. The chicken is crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned -- like it got a PhD in flavor. Got fast service, delicious fresh hot chicken, lots o' fries (more than a portion) on a rainy day to go. Love the perfectly spiced tenders. "Hot" is perfect! Had enough for leftovers.
Would've gone 3 1/2 stars if available. First time trying - and really didn't live up to the hype for me. Thought it was just okay. Customer service was fantastic however if it is your thing.
