I don't know what kind of magic Dave's working in that kitchen, but this place absolutely slaps. The chicken is crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned -- like it got a PhD in flavor. The customer service was lovely, providing quaint instruction on how to utilize discount offers and preparing food with amiable punctuality.
Got fast service, delicious fresh hot chicken, lots o' fries (more than a portion) on a rainy day to go. Love the perfectly spiced tenders. "Hot" is perfect! Had enough for leftovers.
The food and service is great. It doesn't take long at all to get your food. The people are very nice and the chicken is very seasoned.
Would've gone 3 1/2 stars if available. First time trying - and really didn't live up to the hype for me. Thought it was just okay. Customer service was fantastic however if it is your thing.

great customer service and very clean. Food fresh and spicy. Watch that reaper hip vibe, cool atmosphere and a really cool team that cares about their customer.
I liked it, got the #4 hot for $11 and ate it while mom was shopping. Hot definitely had a kick with no water but it was tasty, didn't get a chance to use the sauce but the rest was good. Flavorful, nice, slightly sweet, spice to it because I don't like the straight up sour buffalo spice type. Four not five star because they skimped on the slaw in the sandwich, I didn't even realize it was supposed to be in the sando until the last bite which had one bite of slaw.
