I took advantage of their free slider day. It was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. The sauce packet that was included was very flavorful, not sure if it had cheese. Nice crunchy lettuce/red cabbage and bun. A good sized portion for the retail price! It reminded me of what Starbird in Foster City used to be.

We ordered the Dave's #2. The 2 sliders with fries. Let's start with the fries. CRINKLE CUT FRIES THAT ARENT SOGGY OR BURNT?!? Idk what kinda wizardry they got going on here but those are the best crinkle cut fries I've had. Now for the chicken. We ordered medium and hot spice level sliders. This place always hits the spot! I usually share a two slider meal that comes with a side of fries. One slider fills me up, so it's a great value for what you get. I usually get the medium spice level which isn't too spicy. I also love to dip my fries in the Dave's sauce. Whether I'm ordering Doordash pickup, through the app, or in person, the quality is always on point. I've also had only good interactions with the staff who are super kind and helpful. Lately I have been monitoring my red meat intake so I'm limited to chicken and fish so I have been trying different chicken dishes and restaurants serving chicken. So Dave's popped up. Love this chicken. I've been for lunch three times in two months. The staff are always nice and pleasant. Not many options on the menu, but the chicken is the bomb. The medium sauce is pretty hot already, just a warning. I love the sauces and fries too. Great addition to east Dublin!

Hell yes!! I was so excited to see there was a Dave's Hot Chicken in Dublin. I had it in LA before and loved it and this location didn't disappoint! I got the #4 medium heat , add cheese, sub with Mac, and man, solid chicken sandwich. The daves sauce with it tasted fire and if you add honey to it, it's a freaking game changer. The sandwich can get a little messy so have extra napkins. I should have gotten hot heat instead of medium but medium has a nice kick to it. The Mac was hella fire too. Honestly so good. I love the chicken and fries. I'd say it's the same as canes just minus canes sauce. The chicken is better though than canes.

I have tried Dave's before, and it was not very memorable. I decided to give it another try because this location is new. I got the two slider combo at the hot spice level. I love spice and consider my spice tolerance pretty high. That being said, I wish I got the medium spice level because the sliders were simply too spicy to enjoy. In addition, I like how the fries are seasoned, but they really do not travel well at all. I had this problem the last time I ordered as well. Overall, this place is alright.
