Food was good. I didn't think it was really good. I loved the hand painted interior and the music. However, it took a good deal of time to receive my food, much longer than I expected considering there wasn't a line when I arrived and it seemed like a fast food setup. I didn't time it but would guess 15 minutes maybe more. This is the worst, chicken I have ever had it is bland no seasoning, and the chicken was small my mom spent 70 dollars on this and it was terrible. The service was ok the register man was pretty funny. The vibe was terrible the tables werent cleaned the floors were dirty and the music taste is terrible needa better ambiance. They need to step up they game because this is not it. This location should be restricted because it has absolutely no right tasting like this. We felt a little better when the owner responded but we left a review on the suggested website and we still have no response. They are in no way trying to remedy this issue.

We tried opening the door 20 minutes after they opened for lunch and it was locked. All the employees looked at us through the glass and went back to talking. Can't get a score higher than a 1 when you refuse to open.

We love Dave's Hot Chicken so much but will be sticking with the Lakewood location from here on out. The employees at Warrensville (especially the one woman who may or may not have been a manager) was acting out emotionally, telling other employees to shut up, making a scene when someone asked for napkins and then announced loudly that the whole restaurant was out of napkins. She dropped a stack of cups on the floor and then proceeded to put them up for customer use. They all touched the floor! Another employee threatened to... read more
