TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Absolutely delicious. Flavor of the chicken tenders are unmatched! I got a two piece tender meal and could only eat one because they were so big and juicy.
Impressed with the chicken. It was perfectly crispy fried, great seasoning and there wasn't a lot of batter on the chicken (which I liked). I got the medium and it was hot! My husband got the hot and could barely eat it, so keep in mind the spice level when ordering. Love that they use crinkle cut fries (clearly superior).
Great chicken, good value for the price, did not find seasoning and crispness up to par, got one hot and one reaper tender. The hot was okay reaper was spicy as promised but the seasoning overall was very one dimensional, just overloaded with all heat no flavor. It was also a shame that the chicken was very juicy but the expected crispy outside was not present to complement it. Fries however were phenomenal and bit on the salty side objectively speaking but I didn't mind. Overall a good place to try out at least once.
Excited for the Nashville Hot Chicken experience! I have been craving a real Nashville Hot Chicken experience, I didn't get the chance last year at a business meeting in Nashville :( This place I've read about as a popup years ago in L.A. It's got a crazy Insta following, and they are popping up all over America. Look at my pics, whole they are referred to as sliders, these things were huge. Quick and delicious. I crave these chicken sandwiches like once a week. Service is always quick and staff is friendly!
The food was ok , not as great as I thought it was going to be. The service was good and the wait time wasn't long . The place was nice and chill but I got it to go.
Duke was very helpful and pleasant. He made our experience at Dave so great. The food was amazing!
I definitely give this establishment a 10 out of 10! The service and food was absolutely great! The food was cooked to order and hot on delivery. The staff was very courteous and helpful! The restaurant decor was colorful and fun. Cleanliness was a plus!! They understood the assignment!!!
