Man, I live Dave's Hot Chicken. I've gone 3-4 times in 2 months and it's a good 25 minutes from me. Please come to Wesley Chapel. I've never had an issue with the service or my food. Love subbing the fries for the Mac and cheese at no extra cost. I love getting the sandwich. Food is prepared very fast, very hot, and the tables are always clean when we have been there. I only tried the slider with hot level seasoning and it was about as hot as a raw jalapeño which was perfect but the chicken sandwich was otherwise bland. Popeyes chicken sandwiches are better.

Dave's hot chicken is my favorite place to get a chicken sandwich hands down. Best flavor, crispy but not too crispy! Great service! I drive 25 minutes just because the food is so good!

I ordered the number 2 - the 2 sliders extra hot with fries. It was pretty good and had a good amount of spice for extra hot. I'm a person who likes spicy and always feels like the spice levels aren't spicy enough but the extra hot had me looking for my drink a few times. My only complaint is that the meals don't come with a fountain drink. You would think that for a "fast food" meal that is almost $20 it would at least come with a fountain drink. There's plenty of parking and seating inside as well as patio seating.

Now I had heard some things about Dave's hot chicken, so I really wanted to go try it. I will say it is delicious and their spice levels are on point. I really love how themed the inside is the to USF area! The meal I got was good I two tender and fries and the hot seasoning and it was spicy good the hit the mark on heat. Also the Mac & cheese is seasoned it reminds me of a flavored stouffers Mac which I love stouffers so it was good in my book. I wish I was closer to try them again!

Finally made my way to Dave's Hot Chicken Tampa to satisfy my Nashville Hot Chicken cravings. The location, for starters, was convenient to get to with plenty of parking. The atmosphere was comfortable and would be an excellent place to grab a beer, enjoy some chicken and watch a game, if only they sold beer and had tvs. I would give the ambiance 5/5. Dave's serves chicken, fries, a kale slaw and some milkshakes. That's about it. Fortunately, the chicken and fries are very, very good. The chicken was served just out of the fryer on a brioche bun, a sandwich-sized "slider" with pickles and their mayo-like sauce. The fries are crinkle-cut, crispy and nicely seasoned.
