Finally made my way to Dave's Hot Chicken Tampa to satisfy my Nashville Hot Chicken cravings. The location, for starters, was convenient to get to with plenty of parking. The atmosphere was comfortable and would be an excellent place to grab a beer, enjoy some chicken and watch a game, if only they sold beer and had tvs. I would give the ambiance 5/5. Dave's serves chicken, fries, a kale slaw and some milkshakes. That's about it. Fortunately, the chicken and fries are very, very good. The chicken was served just out of the fryer on a brioche bun, a sandwich-sized "slider" with pickles and their mayo-like sauce. The fries are crinkle-cut, crispy and nicely seasoned. The restaurant was good , it's my first time there The service was good basically you make your order and wait until they called you to pick your food The food was fine and crispy The price was fine There's an app for the restaurant as well don't forget to download it Atmosphere and ambience was great inside and outside

Y'all this is goooood! At first I was surprised by the price point but once I saw/tasted it - I got it! It's huge (basically a small chicken breast lol) and the recipe is amazing, texture is perfect. Staff are nice and there's seating inside or outside. Easily my new favorite fast casual chicken!!

Great food. Fun, chill decor and I love that they're open late. I visited after a recent concert at USF. Food came out fast. I loved the fries, picked, sauce and overall flavor. I did the sandwhich and fries, my friend got the tender, sandwhich and fries (she had a little bit of leftovers to take home). Service was helpful, I will definitely be back. The food is seasoned well WITHOUT being too salty which is a hard to find balance. I would try a hotter flavor next time, I chose medium to be safe.

First time in this place tonight and it definitely did not disappoint. I had the chicken slider and fries and tried the vanilla milkshake with Oreo top. For starters the slider is a legit sandwich it's HUGE! I was thinking it would be like a snack size. Nope! It was crispy on the outside and piping hot on the inside. Decided to drop in here for a fast-casual lunch after a visit to Mojo Books next door. I really liked the thick/crunchy breading and the heavy seasoning on the chicken, but the meat itself was just a little bit dry for my liking. Otherwise, service was fast and friendly and the food was definitely tasty! Would come back again if I had a hot chicken craving.

Absolutely delicious. Flavor of the chicken tenders are unmatched! I got a two piece tender meal and could only eat one because they were so big and juicy.

Impressed with the chicken. It was perfectly crispy fried, great seasoning and there wasn't a lot of batter on the chicken (which I liked). I got the medium and it was hot! My husband got the hot and could barely eat it, so keep in mind the spice level when ordering. Love that they use crinkle cut fries (clearly superior).
