TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

This place is awesome. Food was so good. I love the walls in the restaurant. The service was awesome and everyone was friendly.
Food was awesome and service was great. Food came out really fast and i love the inside of the restaurant because of the paintings and tables.
Good food, fast service. Personally I thought the sliders were pretty big, more like a small chicken sandwich each, so I felt like it was plenty of food. I like spicy food but can't handle too much heat, so the medium heat option was the perfect balance for me.
The food is really good and their shakes are delicious. The service was great and I loved the ambiance in the room it set a nice vibe.

The chicken was spicy and flavorful -- exactly what I was craving! Quick service and a cool, colorful vibe. The place has a modern street-style feel. Only downside was that the tables weren't perfectly clean. Still, for fast-casual dining, it's a solid spot. I'll be back!
The staff was really nice and had a great attitude it was a really clean the food was amazing
Dave's messed my order and I was waiting for 15 minutes. Asked for a refund and the guy gave it to me. He also told me to wait one more minute; the order was finishing. He even said I could leave if 60 seconds passed. I got my order. Really nice of him. He didn't have to go out of his way to do that but he still did. Whoever was manning the place on 4/17/2025 8pm, you're a real bro.
Open late, very friendly, and delicious food! Very clean location and consistent. Love Dave's!
