According to my wife it was the worst chicken she had ever had. Fries where hot but the chicken looked as though it was cooked at lunch and been served under lights all day. Very dried ouylt

The company has really nice branding! However, I honestly am just not a big fan. Personally, I found the chicken to not be crispy and the spice levels to be more about heat than flavor. The fries are okay and their signature sauce is not bad. Sadly, I just don't think I'm the target market for their food.

I went in on a relatively calm evening, but it still took over 30 minutes to get my order. After 20 minutes, they admitted they had given my order away to someone else but didn't apologize or explain why; they just offered to remake it. When I asked if they would consider giving me a voucher or coupon for my time, they handed me a fist full of their most recent ads. Will not be returning.

I've been to dave's before and the chicken sandwich was okay. I thought it was would go back and try a milkshake on my way home from work. To say that my experience was disappointing is an understatement. I walk in to an empty restaurant and all the staff are chatting together in a circle and ignoring me at the register after making eye contact with me. My friend and I ordered chocolate milkshakes here and it was the consistency of milk with chocolate syrup dolloped on the top. So gross we threw them out. Also, the staff at this place is consistently rude and took forever to help us even when we were the only people there.

Ordered extra hot and there was zero spice. It was really disappointing bc I asked for extra spicy.

The food was pretty average fries were cold same as sliders my kid ordered nothing on his sliders and instead got everything on it and we thought that they may have even given him an extra slice lvl. My son went up to the counter and told them that they made his sliders wrong handed them to the cashier who said they would make them again them less than thirty seconds later he handed them back with new buns and didn't even make an effort to wipe of the coleslaw and sauce will not be going here ever again

Gross I saw a worker eating food on the line while making orders in the back and kept her gloves on, that's nasty please give the employees a break so they don't have to do that
