TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I've been to one in Boston and one in Phoenix. Both had the same awesome food and great service. I love this place!
The chicken was cooked to perfection. Sauce was subtle, light, and not drenched or overpowered by the sauce. Great value and large portions. Would highly recommend for a quick bite to eat.
Great chick Sammie! I wish they allowed for more toppings but hey it is what it is! What they do offer if really good and you can adjust your level of spice!

I was excited to try out this new location since I have been to Dave's in Newton. I ordered online and got the #3 combo 1 slider and 1 tender. I checked in at the counter the server asked for my name and said it'd be out in 2 minutes. About 10 minutes have passed and I am still waiting for my order, while I see friends of workers coming in and getting orders before mine. Oh man. What a treasure this place is. Never heard of it and stopped in on a whim. I was not disappointed. Really friendly and speedy service, affordable prices, and CRAZY good chicken. I got the sandwhich and tender combo with fries. Everything was out of this world. The chicken was the perfect combination of crunchy fried outside with a perfectly cooked chicken on the inside. The Dave's sauce rocked. The fries ruled. Honestly talking about it makes me dying to return. Highly, highly recommend.
I liked the taste and texture of the chicken tender, less so for the slider but still pretty good. The fries could have been seasoned less and they would have been amazing. They make you sign a waiver for the reaper spice; the reaper spice is no joke; I had a piece the size of a quarter and it was very irritable. Thankfully, the slice of white bread helped with the heat.
Not sure why Dave shot chicken, but I'm glad he did. Got the extra hot tenders and diarrhea. 10/10 would get both again.
Great chicken!!!!!! We came here pretty late at night and helped us get a late night meal. Great staff, great quality, good vibe and would love to come back. 5 stars!!!!!
