TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The sandwiches are great in restaurant, but I recommend the tenders when ordering online to avoid soggy buns. The service is a bit slow but that's mostly because of the high volume of online orders. If you like spicy food, I definitely recommend getting either extra hot or reaper (depending on tolerance) because the "hot" level doesn't have much spice at all.
The chicken here in any combination/form/spice level is juicy and delicious. Dave's sauce is a delicacy. One of my favorite chains with friendly & fast service!
Easy to get to spot in Boston for a quick bite. Came here on a weekend night and we didn't have to wait in a long line. People at the counter were nice. I got the #4 chicken slider with fries and medium heat. This hit the spot and was enjoyable. My friends loved their meals, especially the fries. Their sauce is so good, I took some home. In terms of ambiance, it just feels like a fast food spot, nothing really special.
Great service! I visit this location after going to the theatre and it's always clean and friendly atmosphere.
I had never been here before looking for some late night food. The girl at the counter was so nice and helpful! She gave me recommendations and it was absolutely great! Awesome flavor great meat and delicious food!
Ordered on DoorDash and came pretty fast. Can't speak to the inside/ambiance/wait time in store but the food was bomb! I got the #3 slider and tender combo and went for light mild on the slider and mild on the tender to be safe, personally I would definitely go hotter next time but my bf got hot and said it was pretty spicy. Seems like they have a good range for diff spice preferences. Chicken was big and good quality and the fries were seasoned really well
The restaurant was clean and the food came out within 10 minutes. This was my first time having Dave's hot chicken. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be this good. One of the best chicken sandwich's I've ever had, the chicken strips, fries, and pickles were also very good. I will definitely be back.
It was good, we ordered way too much food. We did lite spice and it wasn't spicy just added flavor.
I heard the founder of the chain speak on the How I Built This podcast and I am totally impressed. Tenders are terrific, I ordered them at Hot level. The ambience is very casual with fast and friendly service.
