TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

The food was so god but the temperature in there is so cold. Service was amazing. I don't know what Ambiance means.

Heard there is a hype about this fast food restaurant and decided to go checkout what the hype was about. Restaurant has an indoor and outdoor dining area. Food is ordered at the counter and a buzzer is given to pick up the food. Restaurant was very clean and loved how vibrant it looked with all the wall art. First time trying Dave's hot chicken. We ordered the slider with fries and tenders with fries. The sliders were so good! The kids really liked the tenders. I placed my order through the app and it was fast and convenient.
Excited to try this place! They did not disappoint. Many menu offerings for meat & plant based eaters. We enjoyed the outdoor seating. Misha was so sweet and helped us with trying different spice levels! We will be back soon. Download the app for perks
Let's talk about it. I like this place, but man, they're inconsistent. Some days the food hits like a dream, other days the mac smells like cafeteria water and the tenders miss the seasoning bus. Still--clears Canes any day.
It's a shame because this is my first order but, I just got the tender and slider combo delivered 20 minutes ago. The chicken was ice cold. I was only a 4 minute drive away but couldn't leave. It's literally across the street and it was ice cold. Good flavors and true to the heat scale, just sad ICE COLD Probably won't order again

Wow was I impressed with Daves hot chicken! From first glance they had a nicely designed inside, and a bunch of outdoor seating, one thing that also sets this spot apart from other local chicken spots is they also don't have a drive thru. The cashier was super friendly and described the menu in detail to me. I really found that great especially for being a first time.
