Very very disappointing I had high hopes that this would be exactly as I remembered in 2019 but sadly it wasn't. I used to frequent this establishment when it was still brand new in LA, we would wait over 2 hours some nights and it was worth it. But now that this has become a national chain it's fit into the style shitty. I got the very hot not very hot at all and it wasn't juicy and tender it cost 15 bucks for 3 tenders and they weren't like they were at all small and skimpy.

For me, even the one star is too much. I went to this place yesterday and immediately after getting through the door, a young man came up to me and my wife and asked if we just came in. I answered yes. He said that he will have to ask us to step back outside. I asked him why and he said he doesn't want anyone blocking the doors. Came 30 minutes before closing and they had already locked the doors. There were only a hand full of people inside and a few waiting outside and they still didn't let anyone in.

Waited over an hour for the food, it was take out. In the end it was still not what we ordered . We did not go back to get it corrected, too much wait. As for the food the chicken was way too dry and salty. The sauce was bland. I honestly do not understand all the hype about the place. There is another fried chicken place near our home which is way better and less expensive. I cannot recommend this place nor do we plan to go back there.

Stood in line for 15 minutes & waited another 10 minutes for the food. I'll be honest, at first, I was thoroughly enjoying the bites I was having - starting with the fries! Those were crunchy, toasty & well seasoned! As in crunchy all around, not just the tips. Not soggy at all! The first few bites of the tender really hit the spot. Well seasoned, juicy & tender. If you want some RED chicken to post on your instagram story come over to Dave's Hot Chicken and as soon you're done snapping throw it in the trash and head to chick fil a next door, their spicy sandwiches at least taste good The staff was friendly, but also after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, we sit down to wait for our food, 30 minutes go by, I only ordered 2 items. If you want to wait in line for over an hour for a mini sandwich, then this is the place for you!! Only thing I enjoyed after getting drenched in a rain for 40min(believing the hype) were the cool walls/decorations.
