The room was very clean and in good shape. I found the front desk staff unfriendly.
Very nice hotel.
I would give 10 stars if i could. The staff was professional. The rooms were clean. I will be staying at this property for my future Louisville trips.
My only complaint is there is no room service, and there is no food available past 11:00pm. The bar in the casino stays open until 3am, however, there is no room service. They should offer food and beverage service to the rooms, and there should be food available 24/7 because it’s a casino hotel. The casino is open 24/7. Other than that, the room was very spacious and nice.

Great location of your visiting the Casino.
It was a great experience except for when the kid giving the instructions on the card in the casino, he talked so fast and I had no idea and could not remember a thing he said to do.
