We arrived very late. Because it was our first time there we each got free plays in the casino. The room was very nice. The bed was so comfy. The shower was great. The desk staff KK was so welcoming. We really enjoyed our one night stay.

I have a very welcoming staff that is very customer-oriented, and their amenities and restaurant staff are also very nice. I'm going back to this place.

Derby City was a fantastic hotel. They put together a great Derby Weekend package. Able food. The transportation to and from the track was outstanding.
