I have been seeing Dr. Rodriguez for over eight years now. I have been amazed at her level of care and attention to detail. She has taken the time to educate me and treat me for many different ailments over the years. I am very grateful to have such professional care from someone who truly cares about my long term health.

I REALLY love Dr. Edwards, she is extremely friendly, caring and educated. I have been going to her for 5 years and think she is absolutely amazing. BUT the receptionists at this location have always had an attitude with me. It's unfortunate because I love my doctor, and don't mind driving an hour to this location, but find it very hard to get along with rude staff especially when you're feeling under the weather. Dr. Wheeler is a great doctor! I have only seen her once but I love how this office schedules when you need them (a few days in advance). Dr. Wheeler is very kind and answered my many questions even providing some of what the medical community is hearing from research. Also on a couple occasions I have reached out through the online portal with questions and she always gets back to me the same day with a helpful answer.

TERRIBLE customer service!! I just called to schedule an appointment for Friday. I have been going to see Dr. Rodriguez for years and have never had any issues beforehand. Today I called and the front desk coordinator was pure AWFUL. The amount of attitude and the tone in her voice was so incredibly disappointing to the point where I hung up because no one should be spoken to like that. Dr Kirk and her MA, LeAnn, are wonderful people. Even hours before a holiday when she is no longer at the office, Dr Kirk went out of her way to call me after I left an anxious message with her MA. I've never been so grateful. Also, her MA called me and her calm demeanor made me feel so much better. Dr Kirk is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy as a physician. I am so happy to have found her. I recently switched jobs and got the higher tier insurance plan just to make sure I can stay with Dr Kirk.

Dr. Kirk is one of the best doctors I've been to. Her and her medical assistant are super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Super easy to make appointments online too, which is a plus. Highly recommend this office and her if you're looking for a physician!

Poor Response Time, Some Doctors are Good. I have been going to DRFP for 13 years. Tiffany Nelson is a wonderful doctor and my PCP. However, due to limited availability, I often have to see one of the other physicians. Let's say, I've seen almost all of the physicians in this practice. Since these physicians are not my PCPs, I have had emails and phone calls never returned and completely ignored by physicians, to the extent that I had to make another appointment just to be seen for something that could have been easily addre... read more

Dr. Acuna is always very thorough in his examinaton and clear in suggested treatment. If you are having breathing issues, Dr. Acuna has a strong pulmonary training. He is also great for other issues as well. I highly recommend Xr. Acuna and his assistant Joselyne.
