Dr. Acuna is always very thorough in his examinaton and clear in suggested treatment. If you are having breathing issues, Dr. Acuna has a strong pulmonary training. He is also great for other issues as well. I highly recommend Xr. Acuna and his assistant Joselyne.

I have been seeing Dr. Emily Edwards for several years, and I could not recommend her more highly! She is thorough and VERY knowledgeable. She also takes her time and I never feel rushed. The MA's are excellent as well. As a nurse, I know a good physician when I see one and Dr. Edwards is fantastic.

The attitude at this place is incomprehensible. I simply questioned the Dr's assistant politely as to why I have completed an electronic patient info survey as well as a hand written one, and she was asking me the same very questions all over again, just curious. Shockingly, she than returned to the room asking me to now take another electronic "Mental Health Survey" and dropped it on me like I was a problem. If I could give Desert Ridge Family Physicians office zero stars I would. Two weeks ago my doctor changed my thyroid medication without telling me or getting blood work done. I made an appointment as soon as I could to see him. Because of how I am feeling, tired, lethargic, foggy brained, I went to the wrong building. I was nine minutes late for my appointment. Because of this, Julie at the front desk told me that I would have to wait for all the other patients that were on time for their appointments before I could be seen.... read more

Dr.Gazda is the best physician I have had the pleasure of dealing with! He is compassionate, caring,. Just an all around great person'! The first time I met him 5 years ago I loved him! I've been going to DRFP for 6 years. The care and dedication from both their physicians and wonderful staff are top notch. Dr. Velasquez is brilliant and warm, a very caring doctor. She spends time and is an active listener. I'm in good hands there, you will be too!
