Dr Kirk and her MA, LeAnn, are wonderful people. Even hours before a holiday when she is no longer at the office, Dr Kirk went out of her way to call me after I left an anxious message with her MA. I've never been so grateful. Also, her MA called me and her calm demeanor made me feel so much better. Dr Kirk is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy as a physician. I am so happy to have found her. I recently switched jobs and got the higher tier insurance plan just to make sure I can stay with Dr Kirk.
Dr. Kirk is one of the best doctors I've been to. Her and her medical assistant are super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Super easy to make appointments online too, which is a plus. Highly recommend this office and her if you're looking for a physician!

Poor Response Time, Some Doctors are Good. I have been going to DRFP for 13 years. Tiffany Nelson is a wonderful doctor and my PCP. However, due to limited availability, I often have to see one of the other physicians. Let's say, I've seen almost all of the physicians in this practice. Since these physicians are not my PCPs, I have had emails and phone calls never returned and completely ignored by physicians, to the extent that I had to make another appointment just to be seen for something that could have been easily addre... read more
Dr. Acuna is always very thorough in his examinaton and clear in suggested treatment. If you are having breathing issues, Dr. Acuna has a strong pulmonary training. He is also great for other issues as well. I highly recommend Xr. Acuna and his assistant Joselyne.
Love this office. Front desk is stellar. From the moment the phone is answered to their cheery goodbyes, front desk is 100% patient oriented
I have been seeing Dr. Emily Edwards for several years, and I could not recommend her more highly! She is thorough and VERY knowledgeable. She also takes her time and I never feel rushed. The MA's are excellent as well. As a nurse, I know a good physician when I see one and Dr. Edwards is fantastic.
The attitude at this place is incomprehensible. I simply questioned the Dr's assistant politely as to why I have completed an electronic patient info survey as well as a hand written one, and she was asking me the same very questions all over again, just curious. Shockingly, she than returned to the room asking me to now take another electronic "Mental Health Survey" and dropped it on me like I was a problem. If I could give Desert Ridge Family Physicians office zero stars I would. Two weeks ago my doctor changed my thyroid medication without telling me or getting blood work done. I made an appointment as soon as I could to see him. Because of how I am feeling, tired, lethargic, foggy brained, I went to the wrong building. I was nine minutes late for my appointment. Because of this, Julie at the front desk told me that I would have to wait for all the other patients that were on time for their appointments before I could be seen.... read more
