I can't say enough wonderful things about Doggie District Silverado! Our boys love going to DD and we know that they are getting nothing but loved and spoiled all day long while they are there. We just love everyone that works at DD Silverado and we recommend them to everyone that we can! Thanks so much for taking such great care of our boys.
This place should be SHUT DOWN! Poor dog passed away from neglect and heat stroke while in their care. Shame on them.

RecommendedVERY unhappy with last visit. Our two small dogs were separated from other dogs in a larger vip kennel with TV. They were supposedly going to be washed prior to pick up however that did not happen. Our dogs were extremely filthy with urine and feces all over their coats underneath like they were sleeping in their own feces. Our dogs are potty trained and will always pee outside however if left in lockdown that won't happen so they were not let out enough. I asked the groomer not to razor so close on his butt area,now 3 days later he still can’t sit on his butt, twists when trying to poop,terrible,never again.Feel so bad for him being so uncomfortable taking him to vet for medicine. Why can’t she just not shaved is anus?????

Took my Mini schnauzer to get groomed. I had to call after 4 1/2 hours to ask if she was ready. She had been ready for a while, when I asked why wasnt I was called they told me their phones were down and they couldn't make outgoing calls. I asked why no one used their cell phones to call owners and was told they are not allowed to use their phones for business purposes. For what I understand our staff tried to get the updated vaccinations for you, and are groomer was more that happy to groom your pet today.We cannot however accept name calling and hate speech towards any of our staff.
