Bought a groupon for a "basic" boarding deal. The staff who checked my pet in not only gave me the attitude but judged me for not "upgrading" the boarding package She is completely unprofessional.

HI Lili, I do apologize for what seemed to be a judgement when you checked in, we do honor the Groupons for boarding for standard boarding but because k9's are so social we highly recommend that a activity is scheduled with boarding we have a very fun environment and we find that the babies do so much better with play time and socializing with other babies. It pains me to have to give them a poor review because I've been taking my dog there ever since she was a puppy. The people there are nice and I know she enjoys it. However, I've had one too many bad experiences where I've picked up my dog from day care and she is either soaking wet or literally covered in dried / caked up dog poo. And the people who work there don't see anything wrong with it. The last time she was so dirty when I picked her up I didn't even know what to say. Hi Kelly, I am responding to your Yelp Review regarding your Baby I am so very very sorry this is not how we operate at Doggie District We do know occasionally babies have accidents but we clean them up immediately, we don't want them dirty or wet I will speak to our Managers at that location and find out why our procedures were not followed. I would love to have your girl in for a full day at the spa and fix this issue please accept my deepest apology and contact me so I can correct this issue.

Picked up my dog after the holidays and a week later I am still picking jack matted in his hair. This is after they gave him a bath. Also they lost his rabies tag. I was told twice they would call me about the lost tag, still haven't called. I also picked up a sick dog

We have been taking our 8 month old there since she was old enough to socialize with other dogs. Unfortunately each time we have taken her since june she has come home and developed some type of sickness. This past time (this week) was the worst with severe vomiting and diarrhea. This episode was so bad she ended up at the vet with an iv drip. I have left my dogs here two times, which I have come to realize was a giant mistake. The first time, my puppy was injured and the staff claimed to have no idea why. I had my suspicions but I was willing to try them again because they offer my dogs play time rather than just being locked in a cage. The second, most recent, time my dogs came home FILTHY (I had them professionally bathed and groomed before dropping them off) AND the staff BROKE the glass bowl I had left for my dog's food. The babies do play very hard outside and there is a very big chance they will get dirty while they are here my staff should have suggested a exit. Boarded our 2 very small dogs together for a week. The charges were explained to us and a price sheet was given to us. They even circled prices and wrote notes on the page. But when we showed up they said it was twice what showed on the sheet. And there were hidden charges not showing up anywhere. The staff seemed clueless and claimed they couldn't do anything about it. I used DD N Rainbow for daycare 3x. I stopped going because there was too many things that didn't added up. I was told at first that there were no cages and the dogs ran free. Well, when a door flew open there were many cages. I have 2 yellow VERY friendly dogs, my dogs wag their tails when we approach the vet. The third and last time I took my dogs to DD as we approached they both started cowering and shaking in the car. I was denied a tour of the facility where my dogs would be watched. Not the place for you if you have any type of pit bull terrier mix or mutt. Don't even bother. I fully understand that there are insurance issues and liabilities but their employee stated very clearly up front, that they would absolutely accept pit bull terrier mixes as long as they were not full breeds, assuming you had the proper paperwork supplied by a vet.
