Don’t ever take you dog here to get groomed!! We just picked up our toy poodle from them, and I’ve never felt so upset!! We told the girl to only clean her up and make her fluffy ( as I’ve been growing her hair out ) we also told them not to shave her face, just to trim around the eyes. They did the complete opposite of what we said!! They shaved her down completely, even her face! We will never go there again!!
All I can say is every other dog boarding/day care should be run and modeled after Doggie District. They maintain the best practices, and do not have the same risks of injury as those who take in more dogs than they can watch, and later fail to report on your dogs well being.
We have been customers here for a long time, going on at least three years now. We moved to the south east did of town and started going to the Silverado Ranch location. Let me get the nice out the way, the groomers always treat my dogs very well and do their jobs amazingly. This is not directed at you, this is for the front desk staff. Very disappointed in how I picked up our dog after a 2 week stay. She was weak , starving and had no voice from probably barking so much when she was there. My baby is depressed and all I want is for her to be herself again.
I took my dog to dog to the Christmas in July....great event however there was no picture of her posted....I also take her to Camp Bow Wow, they have cameras that allow me to check on her. I would have liked to see my dog play in the Snow this would have also made me more loyal to this establishment....:( disappointed
My dogs loooove doggy district and the people who work there. They can't wait to get out of the car and are always so exhusted when they're done!
